RECIPE: Pan Roasted Fish With Mediterranean Sauce

  • 3/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, divided
  • 1/4 tsp smashed red pepper
  •     1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 4 (6-ounce) yellowtail snapper fillets, skin on

How do you make it?

  • Warmth olive oil and also butter in a medium frying pan over medium-high heat
